mailing to send out notices and minutes from Board meetings. This approach
is far superior to a coupon book. Coupon books have a tendency to get
lost. In addition, a coupon book does not state exactly what a unit owes
on a monthly basis, it only shows the amount which is currently due.
(23) Direct payment: With Direct Payment, owners will no longer have
to write checks or purchase stamps to mail their payment. Only the fixed
monthly fee will be directly withdrawn from an owners specified bank account
and transferred directly to the association’s bank account. Owners
who choose Direct Payment will continue to receive our monthly statements
exhibiting their account activity.
