Direct Payment Authorization Form for Electronic Funds Transfer

IT'S EASIER WITH DIRECT PAYMENT!!!

With Direct Payment, you will no longer have to write checks or purchase stamps to mail your payment. Only your fixed monthly fee will be directly withdrawn from your specified bank account and transferred directly to your corresponding association's bank account. Owners who choose Direct Payment will continue to receive our monthly statements exhibiting your account activity.

If interested, please complete the authorization form and e-mail it to our office. Direct Payment is initiated the 5th of every month or the following business day.

3) By sending this agreement, I authorize and instruct my bank to deduct the amount of my monthly condominium fee and parking fee (if applicable) from my account on the fifth of every month or the following business day and remit directly to my corresponding condominium association's operating account.

This authorization is to remain in full force and effect until such time written notification has been received by either party.
