The charge for the 6-D certificate is $50. This charge covers the 6-D certificate, notarization and mailing. After you fill out the form below, you will be brought to the payment page, where you can use a credit card to submit your payment online. Your 6-D form will be processed and sent within 5-7 days of the request. 6-D certificates will only be released two (2) weeks before the closing. If there is an issue with the release of the 6-D certificate, we will contact you.
